past projects &
completed communities

For more than 30 years, Coscorp has been creating thoughtfully planned homes and communities across the Greater Toronto Area, with more than 4,000 homes built.

From vibrant urban neighbourhoods to family-friendly suburban communities and distinctive enclaves, our focus has always been on quality craftsmanship, thoughtful design and lasting value.

We believe great communities are about more than homes. Through careful planning, architecture, streetscapes, parks and green spaces, we strive to create neighbourhoods with a true sense of place communities families are proud to call home.

Below are some of the communities that have helped shape the Coscorp story.

Offering a diverse range of home styles, Southfields was designed to meet the needs of first-time buyers, growing families, and move-up homeowners alike.
