No. Coscorp specializes in creating master-planned communities and does not currently build homes on privately owned lots. Our focus is on developing complete neighbourhoods that combine quality homes, thoughtful streetscapes, and a strong sense of community. We invite you to explore our current communities to find a home and neighbourhood that best suit your needs.
Inventory Homes homes are new homes in one of our Coscorp communities that are completed or already under construction. This allows for quicker move-in times. Depending on the stage of completion some selections may still be available to be chosen. Ask a Sales Representative for details. You can find all quick move-in homes within our current communities section.
Depending on the stage of construction, many Coscorp homes offer a range of structural and design selections that allow homeowners to personalize their space. Our goal is to help you create a home that reflects your lifestyle, needs, and personal style. Available options and upgrade opportunities may vary by community and home type. Homebuyers are also invited to work with our team through the Coscorp Décor Studio experience, where you can explore a variety of finishes, fixtures, materials, and colour palettes. From flooring and cabinetry to countertops and tile selections, our Décor Studio helps bring your vision to life.
At Coscorp, personalizing your home is an exciting part of the homebuying journey. At our dedicated Décor Studio in Mississauga, Ontario you will have the opportunity to explore and select finishes, fixtures, colours, and materials that reflect your personal style. Once you have purchased your Coscorp home you will be scheduled an appointment with an interior designer at the Decor Studio. Here, you can view and compare a variety of cabinetry, flooring, tile, paint, faucet, lighting and fixture options firsthand. Our professionals will assist you through the process and create a home that feels uniquely yours. Available selections and upgrade options may vary by community and stage of construction. Construction timelines vary depending on the type of home, the stage of construction at the time of purchase, municipal approvals, weather conditions, and material availability. Your Sales Representative will provide estimated timelines and important milestone updates throughout the building process. While every effort is made to meet scheduled closing dates, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally impact construction timelines.
A Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) is a detailed walkthrough of your new home conducted with a Coscorp representative before you take possession. During the inspection, you’ll have an opportunity to familiarize yourself with your home’s systems and features while identifying any items that may be incomplete, damaged, missing, or not operating properly. Any concerns noted during the inspection are documented and reviewed for resolution. The PDI is a mandatory part of the Tarion warranty process for all new homes in Ontario.
Yes. New Coscorp homes are covered by the Tarion Warranty Program, which provides important protection for Ontario homebuyers. Coverage includes warranties related to workmanship and materials, major structural defects, and certain delayed closing protections. Your Sales Representative and Customer Care team can provide additional information about the Tarion New Home Warranty coverage and homeowner responsibilities.
For safety and insurance reasons, access to homes under construction is generally restricted. However, homeowners will be invited to attend scheduled appointments such as the Pre-Delivery Inspection and any other builder-authorized visits that may be available during the construction process. Your Sales Representative will advise you of any opportunities to view your home as it progresses toward completion.
