The sprawling landscape of Northdale Ridge was tailor made for Coscorps quarter acre executive estate homes. Overlooking the rolling hills of the 100 acre site in Vaughan, visitors were able to share in the vision of gracious living within spectacular surroundings. The neo-classical designs incorporated a combination of stucco, stone and brick and while careful attention was paid to the interiors, with the final combination making an expressive design statement. The homes varied from bungalows to 3 car garage estate homes. Coscorp allowed purchasers to incorporate their own design features into the neo-classical theme, which has given each home it’s own unique and custom character, allowing each owner to truly call it their own.
