Milton
The thriving municipality of Milton has been a great success for Coscorp. Bristol Thompson, Coscorps first community in Milton, was made up of 238 semi detached and single family homes. Quick access to the GO and 401, as well as, the abundance of outdoor amenities that Milton has to offer, proved to be a winning combination. Over 8 years later Coscorp has built 4 new communities, Manor Park, Still Meadows, Ridgeview Woods, and Ridgeview, each with it’s own unique design concepts and elevations. Coscorp is currently constructing it’s newest community, Miltonbrook, which combines the neo-classical stucco elevations from Manor Park, with the traditional Townhomes of Ridgeview. As Milton continues to grow, Coscorp intends to be there to offer more neighbourhoods for its purchasers to call home.
