Downsview
The Villages of Downsview was nestled within an established mature community in Toronto. The development required careful consideration during the design process in order for the homes to blend into the existing neighborhood. The community was located on a 22-acre site which was the former Canadian Armed Forces base at Keele and Sheppard in Toronto. Demolition of the existing derelict buildings was required as well as, total reconstruction of the existing infrastructure in order to allow for the new construction of 308 townhomes and semi detached homes. Upon its completion, neighboring residents bestowed their appreciation to Coscorp for revitalizing the area.
Scarborough
Piperbrook Gate – The tranquil scenery of our Scarborough location presented an opportunity to create a community that would integrate our new home designs with the beautiful natural surroundings. Piperbrook Gate consisted of single family homes situated along side an existing mature community. An existing mature forest provided the perfect backdrop to compliment the homes, and provide a private setting for the residents. In addition, the community was with within easy walking distance to shopping and community services.
